What is the most rewarding part of running your own company?
Mike Saia: Being able to control the quality and level of service provided to my customers to ensure that they are receiving the best service possible. It helps foster loyalty and repeat business, as well as referrals.
As of right now, are you where you thought that you would be? Ahead? Behind?
Mike Saia: I’m very happy with where the business is at this point.
I understand that your son is involved in the business now. How’s that working out?
Mike Saia: It has been very rewarding to have my son be an integral part of the business and I appreciate having the opportunity to work directly with him and spend that time with him.
How has the constantly evolving world of technology and the internet impacted how you conduct your business?
Mike Saia: We now accept service/appointment requests on our website, to make it very easy for customers to get the service they need when they need it. A lot of our business is still done over the phone, but we are starting to see a push from the online sector including social media.
